What is Automatic Lubrication?

        Automatic Lubrication is the process of injecting a pre-specified volume of fresh lubricant into a specific bearing (point), and repeatedly supplying these points with the proper amount of lubricant needed by each machine. Manual Lubrication, however meticulous, means some bearings will be overlooked, while others receive too much or too little lubricant.  The inevitable result is reduced machine life and efficiency.  These hassles are eliminated by using a Redi-Mount™automatic lubrication system.  Each Redi-Mount system uses the process of  "automatic lubrication," which guarantees that each bearing will receive the right lubricant, in the right amount, at the right time—without stopping your equipment, and without the expense of continuous manual labor to locate and lubricate each bearing on a precise schedule.

        The confusion and hassle typically involved with most lubrication procedures has been eliminated by providing our customers with a much simpler (ready to mount) system that requires very little knowledge, experience or effort on the part of our customers, because all of the hard work has been built into each system, designed  to automatically take over where manual labor is typically required.  Because each system is pre-assembled and programmed at our plant to meet your machines specific requirements, difficult installation procedures and technical expertise are not required as with other lubrication systems.  Many lubrication systems are "block systems" which add a lot to maintenance and cost, and create other related problems such as 'grease clogging'.   Yet, Redi-Mount is not a "block system" because it provides a unique process of individualized lubrication to each bearing from the system itself, eliminated the hassles involved with detailed installation and higher cost of cumbersome block systems.
